No accounts, no tracking. Listening requires no registration; we do not set advertising or analytics cookies on audience pages. Operational metrics (listener counts, connection health) are aggregated and contain no identity. Audience audio is received, translated, and discarded in transit — the service does not record events unless the organization explicitly enables transcript archiving.
We process: contact details from access requests (name, e-mail, message); operator account names; linked sender-device names; usage and billing records (language-minutes, credits, payments via Stripe). Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. Retention: usage/billing records are kept as required by Czech accounting law; access requests are deleted on request.
Live audio is streamed to our EU servers and forwarded to the translation model provider for real-time processing. With our paid-tier API agreement, Google does not use this audio or its transcripts to train or improve its models. Optional transcript archiving (off by default for new organizations) stores caption text on our EU servers under the organization's retention setting.

Only functional cookies: the operator dashboard session
(lt_session) and admin session storage. No consent banner is
needed because there is nothing non-essential to consent to.
